A Rental Villa Designed for Long-Term Versatility

In this interior design project in Bangalore, the entire space had to be meticulously planned with two key considerations in mind. Firstly, it needed to be suitable for short-term rentals while also being designed for long-term versatility. This meant that every decision made now would allow for future reuse and additions, creating a cohesive and complete environment tailored to the client’s needs. We prioritized the client’s preferences, tastes, and budget throughout the planning and execution process.

The wardrobes and kitchens were specifically designed to meet the client’s requirements without compromising on quality. Since these elements are fixed installations, any changes later could incur significant costs. Well-executed wardrobes and kitchens typically remain unchanged for the lifespan of the home. Minor updates to external finishes can be made in the future to enhance aesthetics without altering the core structure. Additionally, we focused on adding highlights to the walls, selecting appropriate window treatments, and choosing smart lighting solutions to give the space a polished look. When potential tenants walk in, they are immediately drawn to this thoughtfully designed interior, making them eager to make it their home. Remember, when renting out a property, finding the right tenant is half the battle won; well-planned interiors attract the right tenants. This version emphasizes interior design and renovation while maintaining clarity and coherence.

We loved working with Inner Space. Aanchal and Yogesh took the time to understand our lifestyle and designed the home around our needs, not trends. The team delivered high-quality work, and we’ve already recommended them to others in our building.
